As a franchise company with both physical locations and an eCommerce store, we extend our product line to select wholesalers who share our commitment to quality products. 

We are currently in over 650 stores throughout the US and truly value our strategic partners who are bringing the essence of Magnolia to their local communities.

Wholesale Policy

Minimum Order Value

For first time wholesale customers the minimum initial order value is $250. Reorder is $150 per order.

How to Place an Order

  1. Prior to approval as a wholesale customer you must first apply on our website for a wholesale account.
  2. Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, view inventory availability, and place orders directly on our website. 

MSRP

Products or goods purchased shall be sold at 200% minimum markup, and they are required to be priced at the same level as the Magnolia website. No discounts can be applied to Magnolia products, ensuring consistency in pricing across all retail outlets. 

Online Sales

Wholesale accounts are open to brick-and-mortar retail shops or online retailers with their own eCommerce storefronts. Businesses are strictly prohibited from selling merchandise on any other online retail outlet, including but not limited to Amazon, EBay, and through Facebook Buy-In Groups or any other means.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing becomes visible upon receiving approval as a Magnolia wholesaler upon logging in. All prices are denoted in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed order pricing will be honored. In the event wholesale pricing is not immediately visible post-approval, we recommend logging out and logging back in for seamless access.

Payments

We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. We strive to process and dispatch orders within 5-7 business days, although shipping times may vary. Your satisfaction is our priority as we work diligently to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

Returns

No returns of wholesale orders will be accepted.

Coupon / Discount Codes

Unless otherwise specified, coupon/discount codes will not be applicable to wholesale purchases, given our already competitive pricing and narrow profit margins. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain the affordability and value of our high-quality products in the wholesale market.

Damages and Defects

Please thoroughly inspect all shipments upon immediate delivery. In the event of damaged or defective shipments, kindly reach out to customercare@magnoliasoapandbath.com via email within 5 business days from the date of receipt. For efficient resolution, returned merchandise will be promptly replaced with new items. Please note that merchandise held for more than 15 days of receipt will not be accepted for returns. Your cooperation ensures a seamless and timely process for handling any issues with your order.
